What this service covers

Bookkeeping support for driver income and expenses, tax-position preparation, MTD workflow where applicable, accountant review and agreed HMRC submission services within your selected plan.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for providing complete and accurate records, reviewing figures presented to you, answering questions truthfully and approving submissions before they are sent.

POL responsibilities

POL will process records supplied through the portal, flag items requiring judgement, maintain an audit trail and route material tax decisions for accountant review. AI output is not treated as final professional judgement by itself.
